The STAR LITE FLAT BENCH is an essential piece of equipment for any gym—home or professional. Engineered for stability, durability, and comfort, it’s built from robust 60 × 60 × 3 mm steel profiles and topped with a premium bench pad. Rubberized feet at both the front and back ensure excellent grip, enhanced stability, and improved safety during training. The steel frame is protected with a black powder-coated finish, and all assembly hardware and instructions are included.
