If our products do not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the product purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. The 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE applies to all items, except custom-made products and items marked as “final sale”.

We offer you the option to exchange the product for another item from our catalogue or to receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). If the newly selected product costs less than the original one, we will reimburse you the difference. If it costs more, we will request payment of the price difference.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

To return a product, first complete the Return Form and contact info@ironstar-fit.com to obtain return authorisation. Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and the purchase will not be refunded.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
