SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At IRONSTAR we strive to ensure the fastest possible shipping time, which is approximately 1–20 business days after having received an order confirmation (unless stated otherwise in the product description). The stated delivery time applies to products with the status "In stock."
If a product is marked as "Not in stock" or "Pre-order," the customer can obtain information about the delivery time via email info@ironstar-fit.com. Orders for products that are not in stock can be placed if the customer agrees with the specified delivery time.
We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to unexpected delays in the delivery of goods. ROLTIVO TRADE is under no circumstances responsible for any damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of items that are not available in its own warehouse.
The buyer is obliged to pay shipping costs for the purchase of products, except in cases where the products are marked "FREE SHIPPING." Those products are subject to specific discounts or promotional codes for free delivery, or the purchase is otherwise exempt from shipping fees (in which case it is the buyer's responsibility to indicate the eligibility for free shipping when placing the order).
After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming the order, which includes a list of the ordered products, the total price, and the recipient’s address.
Packages are dispatched by the company from Monday to Friday. International shipping is also available, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before completing the purchase. Shipping costs are calculated according to the price list of the selected delivery service and are based on the total weight of the order.
- For purchases over €3,995.00, delivery within Slovenia is free (orders are exempt from shipping costs, with the company reserving the right to exceptions).
- For purchases over €4,995.00, delivery within Croatia is free (orders are exempt from shipping costs, with the company reserving the right to exceptions).
- For purchases over €4,495.00, delivery to the following countries is free (orders are exempt from shipping costs, with the company reserving the right to exceptions): Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Belgium, The Netherlands, Poland, France.
- For purchases over €4,495.00, delivery to Spain is free (orders are exempt from shipping costs, with the company reserving the right to exceptions).
Other countries are not included in this free shipping policy. The free shipping offer applies to online purchases only and is valid for the continental parts of the specified countries. Please note that orders from and deliveries to Switzerland may incur additional costs related to customs import duties and other fees. ROLTIVO TRADE is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility. As the prices on our website include VAT, customers from outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland or other countries) or legal entities should contact our team to receive an individual quotation, which will exclude VAT. Shipping and delivery are carried out in cooperation with GLS, Post of Slovenia, Intereuropa, TNT/FedEx Express, DHL, DB Schenker, and our internal delivery service. In addition to delivery, it is possible to order installation of equipment—please contact us at info@ironstar-fit.com for installation services (currently available for Slovenia; contact us for more information regarding other countries).
ROLTIVO TRADE reserves the right to select an alternative delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently. Under no circumstances shall ROLTIVO TRADE be liable for any damage to the product that may occur during delivery. In such cases, the buyer must assert any claims for damages directly with the delivery service.
It is also possible to pick up products in person if the customer chooses this option at the end of the purchasing process. Collection of products takes place at the warehouse of IRONSTAR, Vrhnika, Slovenia. All information regarding personal collection can be obtained by emailing info@ironstar-fit.com.
When the ordered goods are ready for collection, the buyer will be notified by email and/or by phone at the number provided during the order process. For personal collection, the buyer is required to pay in advance, as payment at the collection point is not possible, and must provide proof of payment at the time of collection.
If the customer refuses to accept a shipment for any reason, they must promptly notify ROLTIVO TRADE by sending an email to info@ironstar-fit.com, specifying the reason for the refusal or non-acceptance of the package. Only in this case is the customer entitled to a refund of the order amount, minus the cost of delivery in both directions. Failure to comply with this notification requirement releases ROLTIVO TRADE from any obligation to refund the order payment.
WARNING: The delivery services we work with do not have lifting ramps available in all delivery vehicles to help you unload your order. You may need to manually unload the pallet with the entire order from the transport vehicle. If you do not do this and reject the goods, you are not entitled to a refund of the full purchase cost, but only to a refund for the purchased equipment. You will also have to pay the delivery service costs in both directions.
In case of prior agreement and additional payment, we can provide a transport vehicle with a ramp and assistance with unloading the equipment – in this case, please contact us in advance at info@ironstar-fit.com.
