WARRANTY

The IRONSTAR brand warrants defects in materials, manufacturing, and functionality for 2 years from the date of purchase (in accordance with EU directives), unless otherwise stated for a specific product. The warranty is valid only for products purchased by the original owner and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

• Careless or improper use of the product
• Unsuitable use or handling of the product
• Modifications or alterations of the product
• Improper storage of the product
• Natural wear and tear of colors and materials over time

Warranty against bending is not valid in cases of:

• Unsuitable use or handling of the product
• Modifications or alterations of the product
• Improper storage of the product

CAUTION: Damage resulting from normal use is considered normal wear. No matter how carefully you use or maintain your IRONSTAR product, it will eventually show signs of aging and wear.

Warranty is not valid for:

• Fading of color, which is common for these types of products
• Peeling or exfoliation of the top layer of paint
• Rust caused by abrasion, scratches, overuse, or on parts requiring replacement
• All types of abrasions
• Rust caused by outdoor use, improper storage, scratches, or dents resulting from impacts or use of inappropriate or aggressive cleaning agents
• Rust inside steel bars or around the edges of laser-cut holes
• General material wear from normal use

If a product covered by the warranty fails in its functionality due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our expense. Refunds, exchanges, and repairs are only possible for products that are original and unaltered. Other damages not covered by the warranty can be repaired at a reasonable cost, with the buyer responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

For products not manufactured by ROLTIVO TRADE under the IRONSTAR brand, the warranty provided by the original manufacturer applies. The IRONSTAR brand warrants defects in materials, manufacturing, and functionality for a specific period for each individual product, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid for the original buyer only, as long as they are the owner of the product, and it is non-transferable.

Specific issues reported by customers are assessed individually and considered on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the product instructions.

IRONSTAR (ROLTIVO TRADE, Žiga Bauer s.p.) is not responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any cause, including damages resulting from violation of the warranty or product conditions, such as scratches on the product surface, injury to the buyer due to improper use, or loss or damage of personal property.
