DESCRIPTION
The landmine is a versatile add-on that allows you to perform a wide range of exercises, including landmine presses, landmine rows, deadlifts, RDLs, push presses, push jerks, and more. It is compatible with standard Olympic barbells.
Available in two models:
- Fixed – mounts directly to the structure
- Plate – designed for use with bumper plates (Ø 50 mm); simply secure it in the center of the plate and it's ready to go
Compatible with LITE / BEAST series structures.
