DESCRIPTION
Our Dirty South Bar offers two different grip options for pull-ups. It combines three pull-up bars: two with a 33 mm grip and one with a 48 mm (fat grip), allowing you to train multiple grip types with a single bar.
It mounts easily to your rack and is compatible with LITE / BEAST series structures.
