We redesigned our classic dirty south bar and created an innovative model that offers two different grips for pull ups. This product combines three pull up bars: 2 with a grip diameter of 33 mm and 1 with a grip diameter of 48 mm (FAT GRIP). This way you can train different grips with only one product. It mounts easily to the structure and is compatible with our structures from the LITE and BEAST series.
