Who doesn't love chocolate brownies? Here we have an amazing recipe for a Low carb - High fat brownie with only 6 grams of carbs per piece.
- 350g Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 40g Chia seeds
- 30g artificial sweetener (Erythritol, Stevia...)
- 150g Cocoa
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp water
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius.
On low heat melt the butter and dark chocolate. Pour the mixture to whisked eggs. Add the remaining ingredients except the water and mix well. Once combined, add the water and mix one more time.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake the brownies for 8-12 minutes. Don't bake it too long - you don't want them to overbake. The center has to be slightly moist when touching.
Tip: The more you beat the eggs, the better will the texture of the brownie be - fluffy and delicious.
